darks1der Posted May 9, 2020 Share Posted May 9, 2020 (edited) Hi Everyone, I have been trying to setup Virt-manager on my Ubuntu 20.04Lts Laptop using previous guides from 2016 (I cannot find any thing else relevant). The issue is that the new version of virt-manager has removed the option to setup a tcp connection. I have attempted setting up the connection using the advised method in the virt-manager documentation This is not working however. Has anyone got any advise on how to get the connection to Unraid setup to allow for better management (I do not want to use docker) or does anybody have an alternative to virt-manager? any help is appreciated. ==================================================== # Update: I have installed an Ubuntu 18.04Lts VM and can install the older 1.5 version of Virt Manager and manage the VM's Edited May 9, 2020 by darks1der Update Quote Link to comment
