ALot of different unrelated trouble

Hi 

 

Long story short, been running Unraid for like 3 months and been having all kind of trouble.  Sure a lot of them was on me not knowing what was the right way but som of them seem hardware related. I have had BTRFS error on my cache twice. I had HPA error on my disk 1. Now last I had error on my parity drive and had to rebuild. But still after the rebuild all my disks have this warning.

I have downloaded the diagnostics. 

I would be super happy if someone could check and see if I can find the main problem to all my problems
