Unable to access Unraid GUI while internet is down

Featured Replies

For some reason, I cannot access the Unraid GUI while my internet is down. I happen to be running some speed tests from various points on my network and noticed when I rebooted my modem (pfSense was not rebooted), I couldn't access Unraid. However, I was able to ping it and still access/stream from my Emby docker.

-- My ISP is AT&T fiber which I have their modem setup in passthrough mode

-- A physical pfSense box is connected to the modem

-- A switch is connected to the pfSense box

-- The switch has everything else connected

I followed Spaceinvader's guides on setting up Unraid with SSL and added the appropriate settings to pfSense.

With this particular setup, I figured I would be able to access Unraid even without internet access or even if my pfsense box went down.

I've tried the ip/dashboard and the hostname/dashboard. If I'm already logged into Unraid when I reboot the modem, I can still access it. I'm guessing that's a caching thing.
