Miguel Barroso Posted May 12, 2020 Posted May 12, 2020 (edited) Hey everyone, i am trying to connect my sps one 900va (Line Interective) to my unraid server but its says "lost communication" when i choose this settings. The cable is the original one and i already tried to choose different usb ports. I think the manufacturer is Salicru. What can i do to fix this? Thanks a lot! Frank1940 Posted May 12, 2020 Posted May 12, 2020 there are two UPS software packages available for Unriad --- apcupsd and NUT. apcupsd is the builtin UPS application and works with many different brands of UPS' including APC and Cyberpower as examples. NUT is available through the APPS Community Application plugin. SAS is not a brand that is commonly available here in the USA. (There was no listing on Amazon!) You need to try all of the various options for UPS cable and USB type. By the way, there is a link to the online manual right on the UPS settings page that you have included in your post. You may find some help in the manual. If apcupsd does not work, you can try the NUT plugin. Apparently, it has coverage for some manufacturers that apcuspd does not support. Perhaps, someone in Europe who has a SAS UPS may be able to provide some assistance. 1 Quote
Frank1940 Posted May 12, 2020 Posted May 12, 2020 I would edit your first post to include the manufacturer of your UPS. Perhaps something like this: SAS One UPS loses USB communication Quote
