My parity drive is failing with

Warning [TOWER2] - current pending sector is 160

I need to move stuff of of a data drive to free it up to put in parity because I have no spares.  Should I copy data between drives with the bad parity drive enabled, or take it out of service and move the data to free the drive without a parity drive at all?
