Hi, I've searched for previous topics with this "bogus current pend sect is 1" warning but I don't understand it.

So what was all that warning about "bogus current pend sect is 1" about?

Many thanks

TLDR: Bitch to Crucial, as they seem to believe that on an SSD, a pending sector that appears and then disappears is completely normal and expected, and can't be bothered to do anything about it because quite simply they just plain don't care.

The "bogus" thing appears to be the smartctl program which gathers the information from the ssd covering up for Crucial's terrible firmware and alerting you that "hey, the drive says that it's bad, but we're going to take the shot and assume that it's not actually bad"

Thanks for explaining that. I appreciate it.
