Loving the latest release! I am having an issue where it does not show artwork however. Happy to troubleshoot it, just not sure where to start. To clarify, the plugin fully works, just the artwork is a blank rectangle.

Unraid 7.2.4
Plugin 2026.08.24

First let’s start by enabling debugging visiting the page while a stream is playing. Then you should be able to copy the log and message me with it. Also can you tell me what browser you are using and is it all artwork, just a specific server type e.g. plex, jellyfish, envy?

  • I am planning a rewrite of this plugin, and will add that to the list of support besides also being able to support other media server platforms

  • This has been added as well as turning on/off the dashboard widget in 2020.05.20b.  If you turn it off you can access it through the widget or under Tools->System Information.

  • It does just work for MANY. Have you tried my suggestion yet? I definitely want to assist in getting this issue resolved for many, but as I stated it is the results coming back from Plex that are th

I only have it configured for plex. I use Firefox. I use a domain and have had this plugin configured and working that way but with the aforementioned poster bug. I toggled secure connections and selected a secure connection to my server it had discovered instead of using my custom url. That got the posters working fine. Hope this helps if anyone else runs into this!

I did send my logs to the maintainer to assist with bug hunting.

@dorgan - Just got around to updating this plugin. Been running it for years, and it has always worked for me without any issues.

OMG! This rewrite definitely brings it to the next level! It looks fantastic. All of the info one could possibly want, all in one place (two, if you have the dashboard widget installed as well as the tab). And it all looks great. Thanks for your work on this.

If you already added a server can you enable the debugging and visit the plex stream page then copy and send me the log in a DM. That should help us track down any issue. One thing I will note is for plex it’s best to use one of the servers from the list rather than a custom one and also if you require https enable that.

The app is now available from community apps once again.

I've now added a test connections button as well as a validation step when adding a server it will check to see if the Unraid serve is able to connect to the server. The two instance so far where the updated plugin has had issues is because a custom domain was being used that was not accessible from the unraid server, whether it be because of outside port mappings or some other issue. Hopefully this helps prevent adding a server that is not accessible.
