Server stops responding, hardlock?

I'm having a issue where my server seems to stop responding randomly, like a total lockup. The PC is still powered up and I only notice when I try to use it again with it being totally unresponsive. I can't access any page and I have to force shutdown the PC so that I can start using it again. I enabled logging to try and see why it's happening but I cannot really deduce anything from the logs. Anyone else maybe have an idea?

 

EDIT: The issue randomly started about 3 days ago.
