Filesystem corruption on cache spamming the log:

May 19 04:40:32 Tower kernel: BTRFS critical (device nvme0n1p1): corrupt leaf: root=5 block=175898361856 slot=18 ino=542885, name hash mismatch with key, have 0x00000000e2042ea2 expect 0x00000000229bb6bf

Best bet it to backup, re-format, restore.

The syslog is full of messages indicating you have corruption on your nvme device (which I assume is your cache device?).

Man that sucks, I just set up this cache drive. Wish there was a button that could just replace the cache drive without having to shut down stuff and run mover multiple times.
