Upgrade from i3 3240 to Xeon E3 1245 V2 – do I need extra cooling?

Attached is my current build. Right off the bat, I must say that while I'm comfortable following instructions and was able to assemble this several years ago, I don't have much other experience with DIY builds. I have upgraded my CPU once before and am now considering moving from the i3 3240 to a Xeon E3 1245 (or 1240) V2. My use case is primarily running Plex docker, and I'm looking to get more than barely two simultaneous transcodes. If I want to do this, can I just buy the CPU and swap it out, or will I also need to add an additional CPU cooler such as this? If so, are there any considerations for what will fit in my case or require the least disassembly? TIA for your advice!
