Windows VM internet slowness

So i have windows VM on my unraid,

then i tried to do speedtest.net from vm and copy file from unraid share,

this is the result

the copy file speed seems fine, but the internet speed seems wrong,

then i try to add pcie lan card, then try the test again, and here the result

the internet speed normal but the copy file much slower,

also i try to do speed test from unraid directly (without vm) the internet speed is normal

how to fix this?
