(SOLVED) Unraid not showing all available RAM

Featured Replies

Hi everyone, recently set up unraid on a X470i motherboard with a Ryzen 2400G. On the dashboard it displays 8GB DDR4 but when I go to the system stats plugin I've only got 6GB available. 2x 4GB Corsairs DDR4 3000 by the way.

htop within terminal also showing 5.79G available. Would changing the memory frequency in bios help? Any other ideas?

They're both correct.

Dash board shows that you've got a total of 8GB installed.  Stats shows the memory available after the hardware reserves are taken off.

IE:  It sounds like in the BIOS you've got the onboard video set to take 2GB.  This really should be set to the absolute lowest that the BIOS supports
