Slow parity checks suddenly

Featured Replies

Dual parity with 28 data drives. Last two monthly parity checks averaged 140MB/s and started at 190MB/s. I recently upgraded mobo/ram/cpu, but even before that I checked parity and it was going only 110-115MB/s and stayed there the entire time. The same is happening on the new mobo/ram/cpu too. This will take an estimated 2 days for parity checks. I have tried tweaking nr_requests and md_num_stripes and it seemingly has no effect.

Specs:

i5 9400

ASRock B365M Pro4

2x LSI 16i SAS Cards (All 30 drives drives connected to these)

8TB drives with a few 12TB Segates

Any ideas?
