I need a sanity check here.  I get errors for disk 5 when I sync parity but the "idiot light" on the dashboard for that drive shows that the drive is ok.  I am not sure why, if I am getting errors unraid would indicate that the drive is fine.  i have attached the downloaded smart report for the drive, and looking through it it does show something called "elements in the grown defect list" as 2, where all other drives show this number as 0.  Should I bite the bullet as it were and replace this drive?

    Run a long SMART test on the drive and replace it if it fails, next time please post the complete diagnostics instead.
