There are a lot of wrong owners and groups in this output.   Nobody and users should be the only ones used.   There are also some screwed up permissions on some of the directories.  And what is going on with that file --  web.config   -- being in this location?

I would suggest that you run the      Tools   >>>  New permissions    script.  Make sure you do NOT include the   appdata  and the CommunityApplicationsAppdataBackup    shares is you have those in the list of directories.  If you have the  Docker Safe New Perms  script installed that would be the preferred one to use.

The /mnt/user and /mnt/user0 are both logical aggregated views imposed on top of the physical paths.

the /mnt/user version includes the files/folders on all the /mnt/diskX drives and the /mnt/cache drives

the /mnt/user0 version includes only the Files/folders on the /mnt/diskX drives an omits any that are on the /mnt/cache drives.

Strange....  How open up the terminal and type the following command:

ls -al /mnt

You will see a listing of directories/physical_disks.   The physical disks we are interest in should begin with 'disk' followed by a number--- i.e., disk1

Now start down and look at each disk as shown below

root@Rose:~# ls -al /mnt/disk1
total 4
drwxrwxrwx 5 nobody users 75 Jun 1 14:37 ./
drwxr-xr-x 9 root root 180 Jun 1 14:27 ../
drwxrwxrwx 11 nobody users 281 Jun 1 06:01 Backup/
drwxrwxrwx 6 nobody users 273 Nov 6 2017 CommunityApplicationsAppdataBackup/
drwxrwxrwx 6 nobody users 4096 Aug 27 2019 Media/

Have a list of the shares (that you listed above) and check to see that these shares  appear on (at least) one of the disks.  (Hitting the <up-arrow> key will make this go much faster as the BASH shell has a built-in editor.)

Above is what you should be seeing.  I am completely confused at this point.  Do a screen capture of the   Main  tab showing the 'Array Devices'.

This is what the permissions mean for directories: (The "d" at the beginning of the permissions means it is directory--  or a container for files.)

The same series of permissions may be used for directories but they have a slightly different behaviour.

r - you have the ability to read the contents of the directory (ie do an ls)

w - you have the ability to write into the directory (ie create files and directories)

x - you have the ability to enter that directory (ie cd)

As you can see, you don't have write permission to about half your drives...

Any alterative to SMB that use the cache speeds?

What speeds are your seeing with SMB?

Now, I hate to jump into another of these discussions again because the file overhead on both ends of  file transfer is a major factor in transfer speeds unless you are talking about 25GB BluRay ISO's.  (Notice, I said ISO's-- not folders!)   My transfer speeds vary between between 5MB/sec and 100MB/sec depending on file size!   And that is to an SSD cache drive.

I get 60 mb with cache drive with SMB.  FTP only 1mb to 12 mb.

Secure Webdav with crushftp 16 mb.
