Hey All, 

Setup: 
Unraid Ser - Hard wired to Gig Capable L3 SW - Hard Wired to All Stations 
All cabling is CAT6 and tested good. 
Issue is when I transfer files from one of the Stations NVME to the Server SSD Cache, I'm getting at max 112 MBs.. 
Confirmed Server is negotiating at full duplex 1GB, Confirmed the same for the PC that I'm trouble shooting with, Confirmed L3 SW is hard coded to full duplex 1GB

Issue is happening with all my stations at home 3+

    112MB/s transfer rate is max of 1Gbps network, so no abnormal.
