Remote to home PC and access unraid NAS

Featured Replies

Hi and thanks in advance,

I am new to unraid, just build my ryzen unraid server and got the array checked and up this morning.

I remember last night I can still access the unraid nas share folders through my laptop and copy a win 10 installation iso to the unraid array.

But today I go to work and remote to the same laptop via google remote desktop and discover that I cannot access the same unraid NAS folder in this way.

Just wonder if this issue is because I am in a remote session to my laptop? or that should not be related and that's a problem for my unraid/ win10?

Assuming the laptop is in the same location as it was the previous night then the fact you have remotely connected to it should not affect what you can do on the laptop.
