Just noticed that 2 or 3 days ago, 2 of my drives got disabled. One of them is my 2nd parity drive.

These are part of my Netapp Shelf that I keep getting errors with.
How can I get these guys back online?

    Logs are spammed with these: 

    May 30 13:13:21 Tower vsftpd[26984]: connect from 192.168.16.137 (192.168.16.137)
May 30 13:13:32 Tower vsftpd[27206]: connect from 192.168.16.137 (192.168.16.137)
May 30 13:13:42 Tower vsftpd[27680]: connect from 192.168.16.137 (192.168.16.137)

     

    Makes it very difficult to find anything else, see if you can fix it for a future issue, to re-enable the drives see here (you can do both at the same time):
