Best way to set up Minecraft server on unraid

Hey guys

 

I want to set up a Minecraft server for me and my friends to use on unraid and was wondering how best to go about it.

I would like it to be accessible from outside my network so what do I need to look at for security and would docker or a vm be the best way to go.
