VM - Code43 on Video passthrough issue

Hey all, I'm fairly new to VMs on UNRAID and was trying to set up a Windows 10 VM with video passthrough to play with Blender a bit. OpenGL wasn't working a realized I am getting a "Code 43" error on an Nvidia GeForce GTX 745 in the Device manager. The thing is a native install of Windows 10 on the exact same hardware works fine. I've read through and tried Microsofts resolution suggestions and have tried 3 different driver packs from Nvidia and all have the same error. I thought the VM would see the GPU as native when using passthrough but maybe not?

 

Any ideas on what I might be doing wrong??
