Passthrough 1 port from 4 port nic to Windows VM

Hi guys

Has anyone been able to assign a single port on a quad port Intel nic to a single VM?  I am kind of stuck on how to do this. I have looked at a video by @spaceinvader however, it only talks about how to do it for a single port nic. I have 4 ports which appear to have their own IOMMU group, but the ID is the same for all the ports, this is what it looks like. 

 

IOMMU group 25:[8086:150e] 01:00.0 Ethernet controller: Intel Corporation 82580 Gigabit Network Connection (rev 01)

IOMMU group 26:[8086:150e] 01:00.1 Ethernet controller: Intel Corporation 82580 Gigabit Network Connection (rev 01)

IOMMU group 27:[8086:150e] 01:00.2 Ethernet controller: Intel Corporation 82580 Gigabit Network Connection (rev 01)

IOMMU group 28:[8086:150e] 01:00.3 Ethernet controller: Intel Corporation 82580 Gigabit Network Connection (rev 01)

 

Is there a way to choose 1 of these 4? They all have the same ID which is [8086:150e]
