Unexpected Shutdown and Hardware Errors

I changed a most of the hardware on my unraid system and i am having a lot of trouble since then.(Unexpected Shutdown and freezes).  I installed the Fix Common Problems Plugin and the mcelog Plugin. After this I found these errors in the system log. Any Idea how to fix these?

ASRock AB350M-HDV

8gb Ram with 2666mhz
