No audio with onboard audio device on VM

So I'm running a windows VM on my unraid server and I can't seem to figure out how to get the audio through. I'm not using a sound card and when I set sound to my graphics card in the VM editor, everything works, but my monitor doesn't have speakers or a headphone port so I don't actually have sound! I'm trying to use the motherboard audio device so I can plug my headphones into the case and when I start the VM, I get this error. The VM won't even start!

    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.

    3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
