Hello.

I am having gaming performance issues on my windows 10 VM. I am getting around 100 fps in CS:GO.

My hardware is 6700k, 16GB Ram, gtx 1070, samsung 1tb m2 ssd.

 

I have passtrough the ssd and the graphics card to the vm. Gave it 3 cores and 3 HT and spared the first core to unraid. Gave it 8GB Ram.

First I tried with i440fx but I got 100 fps in CSGO with it and then I tried Q35 but had the exact same performance there.

 

I have isolated the cores to the vm. I have doubled check in nvidia system information that the bus is x16 Gen3.

How many fps are you expecting to get? What does Windows Task Manager say about cpu usage?
