Replace drive with bad sectors

I am trying to replace a 3TB drive with bad sectors with a 2TB drive. Not running any parity. Can this be done ?

If so ... How ?

 

There are man y posts on here explaining something like this but I cant find anything that works. Keeps getting missing or wrong drive

 

Sorry ... Still noob here trying to learn

    Tools -> New config (but without parity obviously data from the old disk won't be rebuilt)
