Parity Disk

Hi guys after power outage I have this parity error and now its disabled.

 

I stop the array and remove the parity and start the array again.

 

Is the disk still usable or need to be change bummer that its a new disk compare to the other other one. are there any way to  fix this.

 

Thank you and desperate need of help.

 

BTW the smart test says it passed but still it wont run on the array.

    Disk is failing and needs to be replaced.
