Dal1980 Posted June 7, 2020 Posted June 7, 2020 (edited) Hi I've just clicked to update Plex on Docker and it downloaded the update and took ages to install. I thought I'd just close the box and let it do it in the background but it's still going 15 minutes later and it's blocking access to the GUI with the unRAID wavy loading icon in the centre of the screen and there must be a div covering the whole screen as no buttons are clickable. When I go back to the IP of my server again I can access stuff but as soon as I go to Apps I get completely bricked again. Docker tab shows the loading graphic too and doesn't load in Plex again. Edit: This has since morphed into another issue (hence updated thread title Retry unmounting disk share(s)). Edited June 8, 2020 by Dal1980 Updated thread title due to change of situation Quote

Dal1980 Posted June 8, 2020 Author Posted June 8, 2020 It's been 4 hours. Strangely the apps tab now works but I'm still getting the Retry unmounting disk share(s) message. Is this safe to reboot or is there a console command I should use to stop this array before rebooting? Quote
Dal1980 Posted June 8, 2020 Author Posted June 8, 2020 I thought I'd include the diagnostics file. borg-diagnostics-20200608-0820.zip Quote
JDGJr Posted September 27, 2020 Posted September 27, 2020 Have you been able to resolve this? I'm seeing the same non-shutdown because of trying to remount disk shares. I also have had Plex docker running while seeing this. Quote

I don't think it effects anything as long as the same directories are used since that's where all the settings/media files are kept. It seemed that the update knocked out something in the instance. I also restarted the server before I deleted the container and after I think if I remember correctly. Hope this helps Quote
