Troubleshooting help: Unraid stops but server is still working

Featured Replies

Good morning, unraid is testing my patience. I have had a good experience with unRaid and learning how to use it. I'm on the new end of the learning curve to say the least. However, last night unRaid randomly stopped working, but the server remained powered on. I hard reset the server and kept it off for the night. This morning it booted up fine and got the diagnostic zip. Within five minutes, it did same thing.

It's unreachable via ssh and ping.

It's not seen via my router (Unifi environment).

When initially turned on this morning, no errors were displayed.

When looking at the diagnostic files I dl'd, there isn't anything prior to this morning in the information listed.

Where do I begin with troubleshooting?

For starters, post the diagnostics.zip file here.  While it's not going to show the problem, it may give a clue as to what may or may not be happening.
