UnRAID seems to freeze

I never notice any problems with my UnRAID server, until I go to copy files from my Windows 10 machine to the UnRAID server.

 

I'm up to date on both versions of my OS, I keep all the Plugins and Dockers up to date.

 

When I copy, I see my Windows machine copying, then the network speed drops to 0Mb/s for about 5-10 seconds.  Then it fails.  I have to try several (sometimes many) times to get a file to copy.  During these failed copies, I don't notice my running VMs to freeze, or my games hang.

 

When I watch the stats, the screen freezes for a while while I wait for the Windows error, when it comes back the graphs look a little... weird...

 

I've attached the log, I tried it several times, the most recent was 6/10 8:05ish.
