i added cache drive (samsung SSD 840 series 128gb as a cache drive):

get this error:

(5) Reallocated sector count, Value&Worst-099, Type:Prefail, Raw Value:2

(199) CRC Error count

 

also to disk 2 i get Reallocated sector count and Reported uncorrect errors

and for disk 4  - UDMA CRC error count error

 

i attached the logs, what is the problem? thank you

"Problem" is that those values are not 0, hence the warnings, UDMA CRC is usually a connection issue, like bad a SATA cable, other ones are a disk issue, but as long as they remain stable it should be OK, you can also run an extended SMART test on that disk.
