Lets say I have Disk 1 and Disk 2 selected on "Included disk(s)" in share settings.

What happens If I unselect both of them and select Disk 3 and Disk 4?

Will all files be copied to the new selection?

No. User share settings only affect writing new files. Existing files will not be moved, and the share includes all disks for reading.

What about if the disk is a standalone disk outside of the array?

Then it is not available to be included or excluded in user shares.
