100% CPU usage

Hi All,

 

I need help with figuring out why my server hits 100% CPU utilization randomly.  Happened a couple of times from 7:50PM on.  The only thing being utilized at the time is which is one Emby direct stream and SabNZB downloads.  I can't see that taxing out a i7-8700k with 64GB of mem and a 1TB NVME cache drive.  I could be wrong but I never had this issue on my older Xeon Server with less performance.  Thanks in advance.

    Cant you run htop when it happens and just look at what process is using 100%?
