Anything I can do to tune or make my "iowait" better.  I am doing a large files move 4.2 TB between drives and this is what I get :(  The transfer speed is horrible as well 25.8 MB/s

    Array drive to drive transfers are always slow with Unraid, it should go a little faster with turbo write.
