Debian OVMF VM Won't Auto-Boot after Restore

I won't bore you with the long story... but I had some serious issues with a freshly installed Cache pool. Ultimately, I had a failed SSD and had to revert to a single cache disk. Along the way, I had to restore my Dockers and VMs from a fortunate backup I'd performed before starting...

Now, my two Debian OVMF VMs won't auto boot. They work fine... I just have to follow this procedure each time they boot:

https://wiki.unraid.net/index.php/UnRAID_OS_version_6_Upgrade_Notes#My_OVMF_VM_doesn.27t_boot_correctly

... with some subtle differences. I have to cd EFI\Debian and run "grubx64.efi".

Weird, eh? I have previously migrated a VM from my trial Unraid box to my production Unraid box without issue following the normal restore procedure so I am at a loss.

Not the end of the world, but now my VMs won't auto start on the reboot of my Unraid box or when doing work with the Array. Not ideal.

Thanks.

Jim
