July 5, 20206 yr Hey there! I've been trying to get my RX 580 passed through to a windows 10 or macos vm. I've followed the tutorials I could find on youtube (mostly by Spaceinvader One) but I can't find what I'm doing wrong. I saw a lot of people on threads talking about a seabios, I have no idea what this is and how i could get it/use it. If any other information is needed, please ask! I'm new to unraid and VM's in general.
July 10, 20206 yr Well, for starters, there are two bios types when you create the VM in unraid: ovmf and seabios. You can't change which type you use after creating the VM, but you can create a new VM using seabios and then choose to boot the virtual machine .img file from the old VM.
