So I just got home from work and took a look at my nas to see why my remote vpn access wasn't working and I was greeted by a red X and a warning that disk 3 in my array is in error state and I have absolutly no idea what to do. I can't run a smart self-test on the drive, all it does when I try is flicker and then nothing.. Please help me out. Thanks awesome people! nas-diagnostics-20200706-1601.zip Quote
JorgeB Posted July 6, 2020 Posted July 6, 2020 Initial error is logged as a disk problem, but it then dropped offline so there's no SMART report, power down, check/replace cables on that disk, power back on and post new diags. Quote
