has anything try this and I am trying to find some useful information that will help me in setting up my Grafana dashboard to monitor my QNAPS

I have found like lot of information, that would be useful  if I was running my Grafana environment on a Linux box, 

 

I am able to monitor my unraid / Plex and VMs with no issues but I would also like to extend this to monitor my QNAP.
