Can't access Unbalance "the website sent scrambled credentials"

I've recently added a few new drives and need to move data around, but discovered my UnBalance plugin is not working. When I go to the default port of 6237, it immediately sends me to an https page at port 6238 and gives a privacy error for the SSL cert. Normally I'm able to bypass ssl errors by clicking on advance, but the info under says the certificate is scrambled and the site is not traversable. 

 

I've tried removing and re-adding the plugin, but have still been unable to connect. I did some searching on here, but couldn't find anyone else having this issue.

I should also add, I initially was trying to change the port for unbalance to 91, but it kept defaulting back to 6237, don't know if that possibly had anything to do with it.
