I tried to repull the dockers but still getting this just started out of nowhere. Any ideas? I didn't have much luck searching the forums.

    It means that the system wasn't able to confirm (or deny) if an update is available.  Network issues?

    No network issues it was weird some dockers ok some not. It finally worked itself out. I’m wondering what the root cause for future and others who may have a similar problem.
