Mrobert Posted July 10, 2020 Share Posted July 10, 2020 (edited) Hi, I'm very new here and currently very lost First problem that I have is my PCI SATA card, I choose it because it's on compatibility list but still I cant run it properly So, I'm using Digitus DS-30104-1 it is mentioned here https://wiki.unraid.net/index.php/Hardware_Compatibility#PCI_SATA_Controllers It's running on my HP DL580 G8 server and I see all drives in BIOS during POST But in the card BIOS menu they are in Free disk section (sorry not my pic, just for reference) and.. they are not visible in unRAID... My unraid-diagnostics-20200710-1308.zip Thanks for all help I feel like there is something missing in the card configuration, but in card menu I can only create VD of two or more disks (RAID0 or RAID1) no JBOD, no pass-through nothing that I would expect... JorgeB Posted July 10, 2020 Share Posted July 10, 2020 Some Marvell controllers have issues with IOMMU enable, especially the 9230 like you're using, this works for some but Marvell controllers in general are recommended for Unraid v6. 1 Quote Link to comment
