Unmountable Cache and Disk 1 on New Build

Hi I'm new to unraid got it up and running this morning on a new build but I can't seem to figure out how to format Disk 1 and the Cache to get them to be usable in the system? I've spent the last few hours googling to no avail any help would be greatly appreciated.

Side Question what would be the best way to transfer all my data (about 8tbs of data) from an external hdd to the internal? Thanks guys.

 

EDIT: I was able to get the SSD (Cache) to format with unassigned plugin and allowing destructive mode but for the HDD it only lets me mount it not format it, any suggestions? thanks.

    Format button is next to the start/stop array buttons.
