Pls check are you enable some "RAID" function in BIOS, below is your device

  • 0e:00.0 RAID bus controller [0104]: Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. [AMD] Device [1022:7916] (rev 51)
Subsystem: Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. [AMD] Device [1022:7901]
        Kernel driver in use: ahci
        Kernel modules: ahci

But I check other X570 user should be like that ( AHCI mode )

  • 11:00.0 SATA controller [0106]: Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. [AMD] FCH SATA Controller [AHCI mode] [1022:7901] (rev 51)
Subsystem: ASRock Incorporation FCH SATA Controller [AHCI mode] [1849:ffff]
        Kernel driver in use: ahci
        Kernel modules: ahci
12:00.0 SATA controller [0106]: Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. [AMD] FCH SATA Controller [AHCI mode] [1022:7901] (rev 51)
Subsystem: ASRock Incorporation FCH SATA Controller [AHCI mode] [1849:ffff]
        Kernel driver in use: ahci
        Kernel modules: ahci

Anyway, I am not sure this relate or not, but you should disable it.

went ahead and set typical idle current and changed sata ports from raid mode to ahci mode.
