Disk Disabled. Rebuild?

I had a power fail on 2 of my disk. I have 2 parity disk so im not worried about that. I am worried about how to go about the rebuild. Right now it says they have no file system, and are unmountable. It wants me to format them, but in the warning, it says a format is never part of the rebuild process. *So in my trying to take screenshots of the warning, it didnt pop up and reformated* How do i force a parity rebuild from the parity disk now?

    Do you mean you formatted the disks?

     

    If not check filesystem on both, only after that and in case it's successful you think of rebuilding.
