Best hardware that is low powered?

Hi,

 

I am looking to setup Unraid on a new device, that I still have to buy. I am looking for a device that is strong enough to run multiple containers and is also low powered. I have seen a lot of Intel Nuc's, but they use too much power for my taste. So I was looking at an ODroid H2+? It seems pretty interesting, but I am just not sure it's powerful enough. 

 

What suggestions would you guys make when it comes to the hardware?
