Login Page Just Spins, But able to get in

I am running version 6.8.3 and access unraid using Google Chrome on Windows 10. Today when I tried to login using my root username, the login page tab just spins. If I open a new tab and re-enter my ip address I get in. I logged out and tried again and the same thing.

 

Is there a pop-up or something else could be preventing the Main page from appearing? Any idea what is going on?

 

Any help is appreciated.

    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
    3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
