Random power loss/reboot

Been having alot of seemingly random reboots/power loss. I thought it was due to my power supply and recent replaced it. Since the replacement of the PSU about 1 month ago things had been solid with no reboots/power loss. Today now it's happened twice.
Once while gaming on a windows VM and the other with watching youtube.

Thought it might be due to an overheat nvme slot, but no warnings about temp on this most recent power loss.

Hoping there might be something in the logs I can't find.

I have two GPUs
gtx 979
quadro P2000
When I was trying to survive off my old PSU, turning off GPU containers and isolating some CPU cores to no useage allowed me to game on my windows VM without too much issue if it was a low GPU usage game.

    Ran some stress tests on both the nvme and the GPU with nothing popping up after about 15+ minute on the tests.
    Ran a firmware update on the nvme and currently gaming while watching temps.
