Why is CPU usage so high?

I have been using unraid for a few years not. Mostly I just set it and forget it.

Today I decided to maintenance a few things.

updated DNS settings

 

working on setting up some backups using the community applications plugins automated backup

Somewhere along the way my CPU usage has spiked pretty significantly and has not gone back to normal.

to the point where I decided to reboot the server, hoping that would resolve things.

it has not and I am not quite sure what is going on. Could someone help me identify what is using so much CPU?
