I’m just about to upgrade my server from a x58 with a x5660 to a ryzen 3900x 
I’ve run mover done parity check
And done a CA Backup of my appdata 
I also have a snapshot of my drive layout

Any thing else I should do 

apart from backing up all my data as I don’t have any hard drives to do that

    Should be good to go.  When you start up with the new machine assign your disks to the same locations and there shouldn't be any problems.
