Smart error on drive

I have been running the unraid server for 7 months and the drive is nas red seagate  7 months old as well.

Today I got a smart disk error on the dashboard.

It show a highlight Reallocated sector count 16.

I have run a smart extended self-test and it completed without error.

So is this drive dying? Because I still got warranty on this 

Anyway I have attach the smart report
