You've got the auto turbo mode plugin installed, so quite normal for those messages as it swaps back and forth depending upon the state of your array.

BINGO:  It was the HDDTemp.  This system worked perfect from the day I built it so it couldn't be hardware related.  Does some research and this is the guilty party :(
